And before Preschool, let’s not forget - from birth there are many transitions, learn to feed, talk, walk, feed themselves, play groups … and so much more ….
As children get a bit older more dramatic transitions happen ..

Transition – each one of these stages has a transition component to it Integration - really important that children are the best equipped to make these transition stages smoothly.
These are best done when they when your child is confident internally and able to learn effortlessly and self adjust to all situations … Think of it like water in a stream flowing even over or around rocks it just keeps going .. As a compass constantly to direct magnetic north so you can keep on course .. or like the roots of a tree anchoring it to the ground – Just as the roots of a tree keep it grounded and stable, even in strong winds, a strong foundation of self-belief and skills helps a person remain steady and resilient, no matter what life throws their way.

Your Child is going to grow into adult hood whether you like it or not .. So why would you send them into the big world without the skills to survive – strive and thrive.
Encourage them to find their true gifts and they can only do that when they are confident humans …. Discourage them from believing everything they see on social media and trying to be like everyone or anyone else or – wanting external validation to fit in …

There are many life experiences that rock their boat through their lives teach them to navigate through them .. share some of your stories good or bad through your life and what you learnt from them ..

Grief and loss are inevitable and are big some huge transitions through life .. this can be something from a pet dying or go missing through to a family divorce or the death of a parent or significant other in their lives … Teach them to express their emotions in a positive way - give them that early guidance and teach the resilience .. Remember you are their role model – honour their natural gifts – With a few minutes a day watch your child thrive …
